RAN Referral and Sign-On Bonus Program: Earn a $1,000 Bonus with E4 People

If you are a Remote Area Nurse looking for your next contract, or you know an experienced RAN ready for a new opportunity, E4 People has launched a new bonus program designed to reward both.

Our new RAN Referral and Sign-On Bonus Program offers $1,000 for eligible nurses who complete a 6-week remote contract and $1,000 for successful referrals. It is a simple way to support experienced RANs into remote contracts while recognising the value of strong professional networks. 

What is the E4 People RAN Referral and Sign-On Bonus Program? 

The E4 People RAN Referral and Sign-On Bonus Program is a new initiative for Remote Area Nurses interested in contract opportunities through E4 Remote, our team focused on healthcare roles across rural and remote Australia.

There are two bonus options available:

  • Sign-On Bonus: Eligible RANs who complete a 6-week remote area nursing contract with E4 People will receive a $1,000 tax-free Visa prepaid card
  • Referral Bonus: If you refer an eligible RAN to E4 People and they complete a 6-week remote contract, you will receive a $1,000 tax-free Visa prepaid card

This program is designed to make it even more rewarding to take on remote nursing opportunities while helping trusted peers discover their next role.

How much is the RAN sign-on bonus?

The sign-on bonus is $1,000.

To qualify, you must:

  • Complete an eligible 6-week remote area nursing contract
  • Meet the required clinical credentialing criteria
  • Complete the full contract term

The sign-on bonus is paid at the end of the contract as a tax-free Visa prepaid card.

How much is the RAN referral bonus?

The referral bonus is also $1,000.

If you refer a qualified Remote Area Nurse to E4 People and they successfully complete an eligible 6-week contract, you will receive the referral bonus as a tax-free Visa prepaid card at the end of their contract.

Who is eligible for the E4 People RAN bonus program?

The same eligibility criteria apply to both the sign-on and referral bonus.

To be eligible, the Remote Area Nurse must hold current and up-to-date:

  • REC
  • MEC
  • ALS
  • Triage

Full completion of the 6-week contract is required before any bonus is paid.

When is the bonus paid?

All bonuses, including referral bonuses, are paid at the end of the contract only.

This means:

  • The eligible RAN must complete the full 6-week contract
  • Bonus payments are not made in advance
  • Payment is made as a tax-free Visa prepaid card

Getting involved is simple.
