BlueCare was struggling with a serious RN shortage due to intense competition from hospitals and other aged care facilities in
their area. Despite ongoing recruitment
efforts, many available candidates lacked the necessary experience to manage the
demanding workload.
This shortage left residents without the care they needed and placed overwhelming pressure on existing staff, negatively affecting their wellbeing and morale. An immediate solution was crucial to ease the strain, improve workplace stability, and rebuild confidence among employees and residents.
